How do you embed the video i.e. the post below?

In the “Login and Post” section, go to “My Profile” link in the top right corner of the page and uncheck the “Use the visual editor when writing” checkbox.
Then you’ll be able to just paste in the embeded html provided from youtube straight into the editor.
